CANCELLATION POLICY
We have a 15/20 min grace period if late if you do not notify your stylist your appointment will be Cancelled. All appointments must be canceled within 24 hrs in order to avoid a cancellation fee. Same-Day Cancellations will result in a 25% fee No-call no show appointments will be charged a 50% fee . Fees can be avoided with proper communication with your stylist. We understand things happen
